The simple process of mixing creamy colors and making marks on paper with a dancing brush can often be meditative. I say only often because it can also be frustrating at times when the visual in my head doesn't translate on to paper as well as I'd like. However, when the subject itself happens to be a statue of Buddha in meditation, not only was the process soothing but the painting makes me feel peaceful later every time I look at it :) It reminds me of restful moments in the mountains.

Please note that colors may appear slightly different on your screen than in reality due to variations in our device settings. A coat of protective varnish also deepens the hues slightly. I try my best to make sure that the image you see is as accurate as possible but sometimes minor differences in warmth or saturation may remain.
