This website is a small online space where original paintings by Chandni Ajmera are shown and sold. Each piece is made with care and is usually one of a kind. The goal is to keep things friendly, clear and simple for you as a visitor and buyer.
Every painting you see here is photographed as accurately as possible. Still, colours on your screen may look a little different from the real artwork due to screen settings, lighting and device differences. This is normal and not considered a defect.
When you place an order, you are simply buying one of the available paintings at the price shown on the website. All prices are in Euros (€). Any shipping costs that apply are shown during checkout or communicated with you directly.
Payments are processed through a secure payment provider. Your full credit or debit card details are handled by that provider and are not visible to, or stored by, this website.
Paintings are packed with care so they can travel safely. Shipping times depend on your location. For orders outside the Netherlands, it may be necessary to discuss shipping options and cost with you personally before finalising the order.
Only the information needed to complete your order and stay in touch is collected, for example: your name, email address and shipping address. This is used only to:
– Confirm your order and send updates about it.
– Ship the painting to the correct address.
– Contact you if there is a question about your order.
Your address and order details are not used for unrelated marketing, and are not sold to other companies. They are kept only as long as needed to process and deliver your order and for basic administration (for example, for invoices, for accounting).
If you sign up to the newsletter, your email address is used only to send those emails. You can always ask to be removed from the list.
Like most websites, basic technical information (such as pages visited or device type) may be collected in an anonymous way to keep the website running smoothly and improve the experience. This information is not used to personally identify you.
